As Account Executive, Stephanie Pavol’s work spans Lesic & Camper’s diverse client roster. A member of Lesic & Camper’s Columbus staff since October 2005, Stephanie provides expertise in media relations, social media strategy, advocacy support, grassroots and coalition development, event planning, writing, research and design.

Currently Stephanie leads agency work for Pfizer, building a strong alliance development program with health advocates statewide.  Stephanie helped create and manage the Ohio chapter of the Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease, a national effort aimed at increasing awareness about the need for better prevention and management of chronic disease. The Ohio coalition included more than 100 partners from business, labor, health care provider, patient, and faith groups, and was widely recognized by elected officials and policymakers. For PFCD in 2008, Stephanie managed a series of five regional chronic disease forums across the state, which attracted more than 350 health care stakeholders.

In addition, Stephanie has helped direct and implement communications strategies in Ohio for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), American Diabetes Association, Ohio State Medical Association, Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Ohio, Independent Insurance Agents of Ohio, and Credit Suisse.

Stephanie brings a strong knowledge of public affairs and state government through her previous work in the Ohio Senate. She was selected for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission’s Fellowship Program, where she helped staff the Senate Energy & Public Utilities and Civil Justice Committees, resolved constituent issues, and drafted news releases, bi-weekly columns, speeches and talking points for multiple state senators.

Prior to joining the Ohio Senate, Stephanie worked at the Ohio Hospital Association, where she assisted with an issue education campaign to increase awareness among 230,000 hospital employees about Ohio’s medical malpractice insurance crisis.

Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, magna cum laude, from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and now serves as the president of the board of trustees for the E.W. Scripps Society of Alumni and Friends.

Stephanie and her husband, Zach, live in Gahanna.
